Augustin Scott de Martinville (French), Grégoire Jeanmonod (Swiss) and Elric Petit (Belgian) met when studying industrial design. Sharing a common taste for simple, functional and optimistic objects, they decided upon graduating to open a design studio in 2004 and called it BIG-GAME.
Amongst other things, BIG-GAME creates products for Alessi (I), Hay (DK), Karimoku New Standard (JP), Moustache (F), Lexon (F) and Galerie Kreo (F). The studio received the Swiss Design Award in 2006, 2010 and 2014, the iF design award in 2013 and the Wallpaper design award in 2010 and 2014. BIG-GAME's works are part of the collections of the Museum fur Gestaltung (CH), the Musée du Grand-Hornu (B), the Centre Pompidou (F), the Fonds National d’Art Contemporain (F) as well as the MoMA (USA).
