The basic shape is a variant of the "Wiener Wamperl". The cutlery owes its name to the distinctive ridge along the handles. It is a cutlery pattern with a long tradition. It convinces by functionality and adapts to every place setting. Empress Elisabeth (Sisi) attached great importance to simplicity, which stood out from the pomp of the imperial court. She furnished her summer palace on Corfu, the Achilleion, with this cutlery pattern.
